Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – Normal processing time is 2-4 days or sooner. Be advised that you are ordering ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS. The orders are hand mixed, hand bottled, hand labeled, and hand packaged to be delivered to you. 

“MISSING/LOST”

Lucy Lou’s Miracle Drops LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home for delivery. We will not replace deliveries that are stolen or lost once the carrier mark your item as delivered.

“DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL”

You must contact us within 7 days from the date it was delivered. Lucy Lou’s Miracle Drops LLC will replace damaged orders. Please email

info@lucylousmiracledrops.shop with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged item. If the photo can not be provided we can not send out the replacement. After the email is received the replacement order will be shipped within 7 business days. We are unable to replace any items after the 8th day.

“Customer Responsibility”

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.
