Be advised that you are ordering ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS. The orders are hand mixed, hand bottled, hand labeled, and hand packaged to be delivered to you. 

Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item - Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lucylousmiracledrops.shop so that we may resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

Provide an image of the incorrect/broken item.

Attach the image to the email

Place your order number in the subject line.

If missing an item, please let us know which item you are missing in the body.

Allow up to 42-72 hours for an email reply (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If a package is shipped correctly by Lucy Lou's Miracle Drops and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use.
